Is the Tori Bakes kitchen completely gluten free?YES! One of the perks of having a Celiac Owner/Pastry Chef is that our kitchen is COMPLETELY gluten free which means you never have to worry about cross contamination! It also means that we completely understand the importance of food allergies. We have equiptment that is also nut-free and dairy-free so please make sure to let us know if food allergies other than gluten are an issue!

How do I place a special order?We LOVE making custom cakes, cookies, and anything else gluten free that your heart desires, but because each special order is so unique, there is no way to offer these products through click and purchase. Send us a message to contact@toribakes.com with as much detail as you can (think design, number of people, etc) and we'll get back to you to as quickly as possible! Once we have all the necessary details we will gladly send you a price quote for your special order.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?We will do everything in our power to accomodate all orders and fill them as quickly as possible. That being said, EVERYTHING at Tori Bakes is completely fresh, meaning that we bake our products specifically for our customers in order to make sure that each pastry is getting to you RIGHT out of the oven. For challah we request that you place your order no later than 3 days before your desired pickup/delivery date. For custom cakes/cookies we request a minimum of a 1 week notice in advance.

Is Tori Bakes kosher?All Tori Bakes products are made using only kosher ingredients and many of the products have options for dairy or parve (no Teudah).

How much do custom cakes cost?Since sizes, design, and details vary between cakes, a final price quote can only be given once all details of the cake have been arranged. As a basic guide, buttercream cakes start from 300nis and fondant cakes start from 400nis.
