Hi! I'm Tori, Pastry Chef and Owner of Tori Bakes.

I'm OBSESSED with pastries! So much so that I went to culinary school to become a pastry chef.​However after a few years in the kitchen I found out that I couldn't eat gluten at all.​ I was devastated. How do you go from eating all the best desserts to having to cut out gluten?! Finally I decided to take matters into my own hands and create gluten-free desserts that ACTUALLY taste like desserts.

Thus Tori Bakes was born.

The Tori Bakes kitchen is 100% gluten free so you can rest assured there is never a chance of cross contamination. On my site I offer my top selling gluten free pastries, but I always love to create and try new things so please don't hesitate to reach out with special requests.
